摘　　要：文章旨在以动态系统理论为指导,探究英语专业硕士研究生学术动机变化个体差异及原因。研究采用回溯性个案访谈法,选取内蒙古自治区某高校英语专业二年级三名硕士研究生为研究对象,对其为期一年半的学术动机进行两次回溯性访谈,并通过分析,探究造成其学术动机个体差异的原因。This article aims to explore the individual differences and reasons for the changes in the academic motivation of English major postgraduates from the perspective of dynamic system theory. Three second-year English major postgraduates from a university in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region are selected as the research objects. Two retrospective interviews are conducted on their academic motivation for one and a half years, and the reasons for their individual differences in academic motivation are explored through analysis.
