工程管理专业《工程力学》课程教学改革探索

摘　　要：本文结合独立学院工程管理专业的特点,分析了工程管理力学课程教学的特殊性,并以此为切入点总结了当前教学中存在的问题——主要体现在学生基础薄弱、学生观念不正确、教学方法不合理、教学与工程联系不紧密、教学案例不新颖这五个方面。在此基础上,本文有针对性地提出了教学改革措施,分别从重视力学基础和培养学生学习兴趣、教学方式多样化、理论联系实际、与时俱进并及时更新教学内容四个方面进行了教学改革探索。结果表明,上述改革措施可以较好地提高工程管理专业《工程力学》课程的教学效果。Based on the characteristics of engineering management major in independent colleges,this paper analyzes the particularity of the teaching of engineering management mechanics,and summarizes the problems existing in the current teaching from this point of view,which are mainly reflected in the following five aspects:the weak foundation of students,the incorrect concept of students,the unreasonable teaching methods,the lack of close connection between teaching and engineering,and the lack of novelty of teaching cases.On this basis,this paper puts forward the teaching reform measures from four aspects:the emphasis on the basis of mechanics and cultivate students’ interest in learning,diversified teaching methods,theory with practice,keep pace with the times and timely update teaching content.The results show that the above reform measures can better improve the teaching effect of Engineering Mechanics course for engineering management specialty.
