浅谈后疫情时代背景下中医针灸穴位名称的英译

摘　　要：新冠疫情爆发以来,中医药价值在世界范围内不断凸显,其影响力不断扩大,中医药的跨文化传播正面临前所未有的重大机遇。穴位名是中医精髓之一,兼具医学价值与文学价值。基于国际现行穴位统一编码,文章结合后疫情时代背景下中医药文化传播的需求,将中医针灸穴位名称归纳为写实和取象两大类,提出相应的英译策略并对译例加以探讨,以期为后疫情时代探究穴位名称的翻译提供参考。Since the outbreak of COVID-19,the value of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has been constantly highlighted worldwide with expanding influence.The cross-cultural communication of TCM is facing unprecedented precious opportunities.Acupoint names can be viewed as one of the essence of TCM,which has both medical value and literary value.Based on the current international unified coding of acupoints and the requirements of the dissemination of TCM culture in the post-epidemic era,this paper categorizes the acupoint names into two groups:names with plain language and names with analogy,presents the corresponding C-E translation strategies,and discusses the translation examples,so as to provide some reference for exploring the translation of acupoint names in the post-epidemic era.
