摘  要:结合现实课堂教学、理论与实际应用相结合,有助于机械类学生学习液压与气压传动理论知识,设计一种迷你气动挖掘机教具。有效地结合课堂教学将气压传动、连杆机构、控制法工作原理从抽象化转变具体化。迷你气动挖掘机教具由机身、气动系统及工具箱部分组成。机身部分包括底座、大臂、小臂和铲斗;气动系统部分包括4个气缸。各部分均采用轻巧、经济、环保材料制作而成。各单元的运动由气动系统加以控制,以实现底座的旋转、大臂和小臂伸缩及铲斗的抓放等预定动作。The combination of practical classroom teaching, theory and practical application will help mechanical students learn the theoretical knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic transmission, and design a mini pneumatic excavator teaching aid. Effectively combined with classroom teaching, the working principles of pneumatic transmission, connecting rod mechanism and control method are transformed from abstraction to concretization. The mini pneumatic excavator teaching aid is composed of body, pneumatic system and toolbox. The fuselage includes a base, a boom, a jib and a bucket;The pneumatic system includes 4 cylinders. All parts are made of lightweight,economical and environment-friendly materials. The movement of each unit is control ed by the pneumatic system to realize the predetermined actions such as the rotation of the base, the expansion and contraction of the boom and jib, and the grasping and placing of the bucket.
