摘　　要：质量成本模型反映了质量水平与质量成本之间的关联,同时识别和确定质量成本各构成要素的关系,是质量成本管理的一项重要内容。该文对传统理论模型的特点、局限性及其后续优化进行了介绍、分析,并就实际应用提出了相关建议。The quality cost model reflects the correlation between the product quality level and the product quality cost.It also identifies the composing elements of quality cost and determines the relationship between them.It is an important item in quality cost management.This paper introduces and analyzes the characteristics,limitations,optimizations of the traditional quality cost model.After that,this paper give some advice on companies'practical implementation of the model.
