摘　　要：目的分析大面积烧伤溃疡创面患者进行负压封闭引流术治疗中采取胰蛋白酶的效果。方法方便选择该院2021年1—7月收治的98例大面积烧伤溃疡创面患者,所有患者均实施负压封闭引流术治疗,依照数字表法分为对照组(基础治疗)、观察组(使用胰蛋白酶),每组49例。对比两组治疗效果、实验室指标、创面愈合率以及疼痛指数。结果对照组治疗效果81.63%低于观察组97.96%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.127,P<0.05);对照组实验室指标高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组创面愈合率81.63%低于观察组100.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.830,P<0.05);对照组疼痛指数评分高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论大面积烧伤溃疡创面患者进行负压封闭引流术治疗时,采取胰蛋白酶具有较佳效果。Objective To analyze the effect of trypsin in the treatment of patients with large-area burn ulcers undergoing negative pressure sealing and drainage.Methods A total of 98 patients with large-area burn ulcer wounds who were treated in the hospital from January to July 2021 were conveniently selected.All patients were treated with negative pressure sealing and drainage.They were grouped according to the digital table method and divided into control group(basic treatment)and observation group(used trypsin),49 cases in each group.The treatment effect,laboratory indicators,wound healing rate and pain index were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment effect of the control group was 81.63%lower than that of the observation group 97.96%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.127,P<0.05);the laboratory indexes of the control group were higher than those of the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The wound healing rate of the group was 81.63%lower than that of the observation group 100.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.830,P<0.05);the pain index score of the control group was higher than that of the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Trypsin has a better effect in the treatment of patients with large-area burn ulcer wounds undergoing negative pressure sealing and drainage.
