摘  要:为了解地笋的基因组信息,本试验通过Illumina测序平台对地笋幼苗叶片进行转录组测序共获得29700条Unigene。将获得的Unigene分别与7大数据库进行比对,最终有17548条Unigene获得注释。其中17307条Unigene在Nr数据库中获得注释,来源物种主要是一品红;与GO数据库比对在细胞组分类别、生物进程和分子功能3大功能分类中获得10555条Unigene注释。与KOG数据库比对后获得9895条基因注释,其中主要集中在一般功能预测和翻译后修饰,蛋白转运这两个功能类别。在所有Unigene中共检测到SSR位点10816个,从单核苷酸重复单元到六核苷酸重复单元均有分布。本研究为开展地笋功能基因挖掘、次生代谢途径解析和遗传多样性分析提供了理论基础。In order to obtain the genetic data of Lycopus lucidus Turcz.and study its gene function,in this study,the transcriptome of L.lucidus leaves was sequenced by Illumina high-throughput sequencing technology,and further analyzed by bioinformatics.29700 Unigenes were generated from Illumina sequencing platform.17548 unigenes were successfully annotated against 7 public bioinformatics databases.In Nr database,17307 unigenes were annotated mainly from Salvia splendens;10555 unigenes were annotated in GO database and were divided into three functional categories;there were 9895 unigenes annotated in KOG function categories,which mainly focus on posttranslational modification and general function prediction;In all unigenes there were 10816 SSR sites by detected,which including from single nucleotide repeat to hexanucleotide repeat.This study provided scientific evidence for the research of functional gene identification,secondary metabolism pathway disssection and genetic diversity analysis in L.lucidus.
