环境丰富性、非沉淀冗余与企业跨地区发展

摘　　要：基于复合资源约束视角,探究了民营制造企业国内跨地区发展的影响因素。在理论分析的基础上,以2015—2019年上市公司新建异地子公司数量衡量企业跨地区发展,实证检验了非沉淀性冗余资源和环境丰富性分别作为企业内部和外部资源供给侧与企业跨地区发展的关系。实证结果表明,企业内部的非沉淀性冗余资源与企业跨地区发展之间存在非线性关系;企业外部的环境丰富性与企业跨地区发展之间呈正相关关系。进一步的研究发现,环境丰富性能够调节非沉淀性冗余资源与企业跨地区发展的非线性关系。拓展和丰富了资源约束影响企业扩张的相关研究,结论表明非沉淀性冗余资源与环境丰富性对企业跨地区发展的影响存在互补机制,为我国的民营制造企业根据内部资源和外部环境制定适当的国内扩张战略起到了借鉴作用。Based on the perspective of compound resource constraints,this paper explores the influencing factors of cross-regional development of private manufacturing enterprises in China.After the theoretical analysis,we conducted an empirical test.We measure the cross-regional development of enterprises by the manually compiled number of newly established remote subsidiaries of listed companies from 2015 to 2019,and empirically test the relationship between unabsorbed slack resources and environmental richness as the supply side of internal and external resources with the cross-regional development of enterprises,respectively.The empirical results show that there is a nonlinear relationship between the unabsorbed slack resources and the cross-regional development of firms.There is a positive correlation between the richness of external environment and the cross-regional development of enterprises.Further research shows that environmental richness can adjust the nonlinear relationship between unabsorbed slack resources and firm's cross-regional development.This paper expands and enriches the research on the impact of resource constraints on firm expansion,and concludes that there is a complementary mechanism between the impact of unabsorbed slack resources and environmental abundance on firm cross-regional development,which can be used as a reference for private manufacturing enterprises in China to develop appropriate domestic expansion strategies based on internal resources and external environment.
