摘  要:随着隧道建设的快速发展,隧道衬砌混凝土溶蚀破坏现象越来越多,溶蚀会使混凝土水化产物水解,增大孔隙率,降低结构力学性能,同时降低孔隙液pH,增大钢筋锈蚀风险,并对结构安全性有不良隐患。通过掺加3种外加剂来提升混凝土抗溶蚀性能,并保证混凝土力学性能和耐久性能不受影响。结果表明综合考虑混凝土力学性能和耐久性能,优选外加剂TIA,在不降低抗压强度和其他耐久性能的前提下,大幅提升混凝土的抗溶蚀性能。With the rapid development of tunnel construction,the tunnel lining concrete has more and more corrosion and destruction phenomena.The corrosion will hydrolyze the hydration products of the concrete,increase the porosity,reduce the structural mechanical properties,and at the same time reduce the pH of the pore fluid and increase the risk of steel corrosion.And there are hidden dangers to structural safety.In this paper,three admixtures are added to improve the corrosion resistance of concrete,and ensure that the mechanical properties and durability of concrete are not affected.The results show that considering the mechanical properties and durability of concrete comprehensively,the admixture TIA is preferred to greatly improve the corrosion resistance of concrete without reducing the compressive strength and other durability.
