摘　　要：为了全面了解生物类专业毕业生的就业质量,采用调查问卷的方式,以东北某高校2009届、2012届、2015届三届共330名生物类专业毕业生为研究样本,通过对问卷统计数据进行深入的对比,分析其中存在的问题,通过访谈和评分的方法对三家生物行业著名公司进行了用人需求的评估,将毕业生就业情况与用人单位需求做出聚类分析,并提出解决对策,希望为今后高校人才培养与教学工作提供有益的参考。In order to fully understand the employment quality for the graduates of biology major,the study,adopting the questionnaire method,makes a survey on a total of 330 biology graduates from a University in Northeast in 2009,2012 and 2015,and analyzes the existing problems through an in-depth comparison on the statistical data;meanwhile,with the help of interviews and scoring methods,this paper evaluates employment needs of three well-known companies in biological industry,and makes a clustering analysis on the respondents’employment situation,as well as the employers’employment needs,and thus proposes solutions,which is hoped to provide useful reference for the future talent cultivation and teaching in higher education.
