浅析企业创新发展过程中专利竞争情报的角色和作用

摘　　要：自改革开放以来,“中国制造”逐步转向“中国智造”,其中,知识产权对推动科技创新的重要性日益显现。在知识产权体系中,专利权无疑在国家经济主体--企业中占据重要地位,有效运用专利竞争情报,对占我国企业总数95%以上的广大中小企业进行科技创新、提高核心竞争力、推动区域乃至全国经济高质量发展具有十分重要的意义。论文结合2020年度全国及区域(以湖南省邵阳市为例)专利申请情况及企业运用专利战略的相关数据,对企业创新发展中专利竞争情报担任的角色和发挥的作用进行了分析。Since the reform and opening up,"made in China"has gradually shifted to"intelligent manufacturing in China".Among them,intellectual property rights are becoming more and more important to promote scientific and technological innovation.In the intellectual property system,patent right undoubtedly occupies an important position in the national economic subject,that is,enterprises.The effective use of patent competitive intelligence is of great significance for the majority of small and medium-sized enterprises,which account for more than 95%of the total number of enterprises in China,to carry out scientific and technological innovation and improve core competitiveness,and promote the high quality development of regional and even national economy.Combined with the national and regional patent applications in 2020(taking Shaoyang City,Hunan Province as an example)and the relevant data of enterprises using patent strategy,this paper analyzes the role played by patent competitive intelligence in enterprise innovation and development and the function it plays.
