摘　　要：特发性面神经炎是一种病因尚不明确的急性面神经麻痹,临床较为多见。赵杰老师通过对本病进行深刻的剖析,结合多年的治疗经验及现代医学,认为本病是本虚兼风、寒、热等邪气侵袭,上扰面部而导致的,因此治疗本病要标本兼治,扶助阳气,重视调理患者的脾胃功能,临床取得较好的治疗效果。Idiopathic facial neuritis is an acute facial paralysis of unknown etiology,which is more common in clinical practice.Through a profound analysis of this disease,combined with many years of treatment experience and modern medicine,Mr.ZHAO Jie believes that this disease is caused by insufficient body vitality and the invasion of pathogenic such as wind,coldness,heat and so on.Therefore,the treatment of the disease requires curing both the symptoms and the root cause,strengthening Yangqi(阳气),and paying attention to regulating the function of the spleen and stomach of patients.In clinical practice,good results were obtained.
