摘　　要：胆源型Oddi括约肌功能障碍是消化系统常见病之一,常见于胆囊切除术后患者,随着手术技术的普及与发展,其发病率逐渐上升。是以,本文就中西医治疗胆源型Oddi括约肌功能障碍方面做简略综述。Biliary sphincter of Oddi dysfunction is one of the common diseases of the digestive system.It is common in patients after cholecystectomy.With the popularization and development of surgical techniques,its incidence is gradually increasing.Therefore,this article briefly reviews the treatment of biliary sphincter of Oddi dysfunction in Chinese and Western medicine.
