摘  要:黄浦路106号历史保护建筑“红楼”为三层砖木结构,根据周边规划要求,需整体提升6m,底部增加一层。介绍了针对这些改造所采取的特殊应对措施及其设计方法,包括:采用桩基础整体托换主动保护方案,解决建筑局部倾斜的问题;整体顶升为增层提供条件,增层下设置隔震层,减小原砌体结构各层层间剪力,使其小于顶升前后砌体结构各层层间剪力以及小于原有砌体结构各层水平抗剪能力,从而实现改造同时提升历史保护建筑的整体受力和抗震性能的目标。The historical protection building in No. 106 Huangpu Road is a three-story brick-timber structure. According to the surrounding planning requirements, it needs to be lifted 6 m, with an additional layer at the bottom. The special countermeasures and design methods adopted for these modification was introduced, including the overall underpinning active protecting the pile foundation scheme to solve the problem of local leaning of the building. The overall lifting provides conditions for adding floors. Isolation layer was added to the new floor, which reduces the shear force between each layer of the original masonry structure, making the interlayer shear force smaller than each layer of the masonry structure before and after lifting, and less than each layer of the horizontal shear capacity of the original masonry structure so as to achieve the goal of improving the overall force and seismic performance of the historical protection building at the same time.
