不同材料矫正器在口腔牙齿矫正中的应用效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较不锈钢结扎丝或弹力结扎圈弓丝固定在口腔牙齿矫正中的应用效果。方法选取2019年6月—2020年6月在河南省某医院接受口腔牙齿矫正治疗的97例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(48例)与研究组(49例)。对照组患者采用弹力结扎圈弓丝固定治疗,研究组患者采用不锈钢结扎丝治疗,比较2组患者治疗半年后的效果、口腔情况以及矫正器结扎时间和拆除时间。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率为95.92%,高于对照组的77.08%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.412,P=0.006)。研究组患者治疗后口腔微生物检出率为10.20%,低于对照组的33.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.647,P=0.006)。研究组患者矫正器结扎时间及拆除时间均长于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对口腔牙齿矫正患者采用不锈钢结扎丝治疗效果优于弹力结扎圈弓丝,能够有效减少口腔内细菌的产生,患者预后较好,但矫正器结扎时间以及拆除时间相对更长。Objective To compare the effectiveness of stainless steel ligation wire or elastic ligation ring arch wire for fixation in oral orthodontics.Methods A total of 97 patients who received oral orthodontic treatment in a hospital in Henan Province from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected and assigned to a control group(n=48)and a study group(n=49)by random number table method.The patients in the control group received elastic ligation ring arch wire fixation,and the patients in the study group received stainless steel ligation wire fixation.The effectiveness,oral conditions,and the ligation time and removal of the orthodontic appliances were compared between the two groups after half a year of treatment.Results The total effective rate of patients in the study group was 95.92%,which was higher than 77.08%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.412,P=0.006).The detection rate of oral microbes in the study group after treatment was 10.20%,which was lower than 33.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.647,P=0.006).The ligation time and removal time of orthodontic appliances in the study group were longer than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effectiveness of stainless steel ligation wire for orthodontic patients is superior to that of elastic ligation arch wire,which can effectively reduce bacteria in the oral cavity,with better prognoses for patients,but the orthodontic ligature time and the removal time are relatively longer.
