运动再学习疗法结合本体感觉训练对脑卒中后偏瘫患者康复效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨运动再学习疗法结合本体感觉训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者运动功能及日常生活活动能力的影响。方法选取我院2020年3月至2021年3月收治的脑卒中偏瘫患者86例为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将入选患者分为联合组与对照组,每组43例。两组均进行常规康复训练,其中对照组行本体感觉训练,联合组行运动再学习疗法联合本体感觉训练。观察两组患者训练前后的上下肢运动功能(Brunnstrom)、日常生活能力(ADL)评分及平衡功能(BBS)。结果训练前两组患者上肢、下肢Brunnstrom、ADL、BBS评分不存在统计学意义(P>0.05);训练1个月、3个月时两组患者ADL、BBS、上下肢Brunnstrom评级较训练前显著增高,且联合组患者的上述指标均高于对照组,两组数据存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论运动再学习疗法联合本体感觉训练可提高脑卒中偏瘫患者的日常生活能力,促进患者上下肢运动功能的恢复。Objective Explore the influence of exercise relearning therapy combined with proprioception training on the exercise function and daily life activity ability of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods Stroke hemiplegia patients(n=86)admitted by our hospital from March 2020 to March 2021 were selected as the inquiry objects,and were divided into joint group and control group according to the randomized digital table,each group had 43 patients.Both groups conducted routine rehabilitation training,control group received proprioception training,joint group received exercise relearning therapy and proprioception training.The upper and lower limb movement function(Brunnstrom),activity of daily living(ADL)of the two groups were observed before and after training.Results Before training,the upper limb and lower limb Brunnstrom,ADL,BBS scores of the two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05);after 1 month and 3 months of training,the ADL,BBS,upper limb and lower limb Brunnstrom scores were significantly higher than before training,and the above indicators in the joint group were higher than the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Exercise relearning therapy and proprioception training can improve the daily living ability of stroke patients with hemiplegia,and promote the recovery of the exercise function of the upper and lower limbs.
