摘　　要：文章通过回顾护士执业资格考试政策和实践的发展历史,阐述了我国护理人力资源政策的变化以及技术革新对考试设计和实施的影响,以期为护士执业资格考试的进一步发展、创新提供依据,也为其他资格考试的实施提供参考。By reviewing the development history of the policy and practice of the Chinese Licensure Examination for Nurse,this paper expounds the impact of changes in the national nursing human resources policy and technological innovation on the design and implementation of the examination,providing a basis for the future development and innovation of the examination,as well as reference for other examinations.
