摘 要:目的:探索多个视角下重症监护外展服务访视护士的角色期望,了解参与重症监护外展服务工作的所有相关人员对访视护士的角色期待,以更好地提高护理服务质量。方法:2021年7月—9月,采用质性研究中的现象学研究法,对青岛市某三级甲等医院参与重症监护外展服务工作的所有相关人员,包括访视护士、病房护士、ICU医生、病房医生、管理者、患者及其照顾者共7类人群进行深入访谈,运用Colaizzi现象学资料分析方法对资料进行分析。结果:7类人群对重症监护外展服务访视护士角色期望主要集中于护理实践者、团队联络者、个案管理者、培训提供者、健康教育者和服务提升者6个角色。结论:重症监护外展服务访视护士角色以护理实践者的角色为核心,其他角色根据患者实际的服务内容不同有所侧重,访视护士应积极主动地提升专业水平,提高自身职业能力,促进患者从ICU转到病房交接阶段的护理服务质量持续提升。Objective:To explore the role expectation of visiting nurses in Critical Care Outreach Services from multiple perspectives.Methods:The phenomenological research method in qualitative research was adopted.The purpose sampling and snowball sampling were combined to conduct in-depth interviews with all stakeholders involved in Critical Care Outreach Services in a tertiary hospital in Qingdao,including visiting nurses,ward nurses,ICU doctors,ward doctors,managers,patients and caregivers.The interview data were analyzed by Colaizzi phenomenological data analysis method and Nvivo 12.0 coding software.Results:The role expectation of the nurses in Critical Care Outreach Services mainly focused on six roles:nursing practitioners,team liaison,case managers,training providers,health educators and service providers.Conclusion:The role of Critical Care Outreach Services visiting nurses is centered on the role of nursing practitioners,and other roles are focused and adjusted according to the actual service content of patients.Visiting nurses should be proactive in enhancing their professionalism and improving their professional competence to promote continuous improvement in the quality of nursing services for patients transferred out of the ICU.
