摘　　要：以护士参与共享决策的必要性为基础,阐述共享决策模式下护士的角色功能,分析角色发展的阻碍因素,以期为中国护士参与患者共享决策提供研究思路和方向。Based on the necessity for nurses to participate in Shared Decision Making,this article elaborated on nurses'roles with the Shared Decision Making model,and analyzed the obstacles to the role development.It is expected to provide ideas and directions for Chinese nurses to participate in the research and practice of Shared Decision Making.
