为什么人工智能“创作”不出美的艺术作品——从新实践美学角度看  

Why can’t artificial intelligence“creat”beautiful works of art?——From the perspective of new practical aesthetics

摘　　要：人工智能“创作”的诗与画已经诞生,但其终归不是真正的美的艺术作品。这是因为人工智能不可能,至少目前不可能达到真正的实践自由,即人工智能按照既定程序的“创作”在合目的性、超功利性、个体性等方面无法产生独特的创意,也很难达到合规律性与合目的性的统一、功利性与超功利性的统一、个体性与社会性的统一。而合规律性与合目的性的统一、功利性与超功利性的统一、个体性与社会性的统一的自由创造实践正是人类的生产与动物生产的本能性生产的根本区别,也是人类生产与机器生产的根本区别。因此,艺术家操纵电脑可以生产电脑艺术,但是人工智能本身却只能生产机械性的技术性产品。Poems and paintings“created”by artificial intelligence(AI)have emerged,but they are not beautiful works of art after all.This is because AI,at last now,is unlikely to achieve the real practice of freedom.In other words,the“creation”of AI in accordance with the established procedure cannot produce unique creativity in the aspects of purposiveness,super-utilitarianism and distinctive,and it is difficult to achieve the unity of regularity and purposiveness,utilitarianism and super-utilitarianism,and individuality and society.This is the fundamental difference between human production and instinctive production of animal production,as well as human production and machine production.Therefore,artists can manipulate computers to produce computer art,but AI itself can only produce mechanical technical products.
