胶州湾事件的中德外交博弈—以翁同龢为中心

摘　　要：胶州湾事件中,针对清朝大臣李秉衡的任用、山东铁路修筑权及铁路沿线矿山开采权、赔款及租借胶澳问题,清政府与德国展开了交涉、博弈。在此博弈过程中,兼任总理各国事务大臣的翁同龢据理力争,虽在一定程度上获得某些有利于中国的条款,但在德国强大武力威胁面前终究无法改变中国被侵略的命运。In the Jiaozhou Bay Incident,the Qing government negotiated with Germany over such issues as the appointment of Li Bingheng,one of the ministers of the Qing Dynasty,the construction rights of iron ore and the mining rights of mines along iron ore in Shandong,and the reparations and the lease of Jiaoao.In the course of the game,Weng Tonghe,who was the minister of Foreign Affairs of the government,argued hard and got some terms favorable to China to some extent,but could not change the fate of China being invaded in the face of powerful threat by Germany.
