摘　　要：目的探讨影响乳腺癌患者乳房重建术后外观效果评价的相关因素。方法方便选取2017年1月—2020年12月在该院行乳房重建手术的患者77例,按照Harris评价标准对术后效果进行判定,将手术方式、手术时机、自体组织供区来源、是否保留NAC作为自变量行相关因素分析。结果手术方式假体(OR=7.352,P=0.021)、手术时机延迟(OR=6.145,P=0.035)、未保留NAC(OR=6.980,P=0.017)是影响乳腺癌患者乳房重建术后外观效果评价的独立危险因素。结论手术方式、手术时机、是否保留NAC会明显对乳腺癌患者乳房重建术后外观效果影响较大,应结合患者的自身特点进行综合考虑。Objective To explore the relevant factors affecting the evaluation of the appearance effect of breast reconstruction in patients with breast cancer.Methods A total of 77 patients who underwent breast reconstruction surgery in the hospital from January 2017 to December 2020 conveniently were selected.According to Harris evaluation criteria,the postoperative effect was judged,and the operation method,operation timing,source of autologous tissue donor site,and whether to retain NAC were used as independent variables to analyze related factors.Results Prosthesis(OR=7.352,P=0.021),delayed operation timing(OR=6.145,P=0.035),and non-preservation of NAC(OR=6.980,P=0.017)affected the appearance of breast cancer patients after breast reconstruction.Independent risk factors for effect evaluation.Conclusion The method of operation,timing of operation,and whether to retain NAC will significantly affect the appearance of breast cancer patients after breast reconstruction.Comprehensive consideration should be given to the patient's own characteristics.
