视网膜激光光凝在不同分期糖尿病视网膜病变治疗中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究使用视网膜激光光凝在不同分期糖尿病视网膜病变治疗中的临床应用效果。方法随机选择该院2017年1月—2019年12月治疗的90例糖尿病视网膜病变患者,按患者病变不同分期将90例糖尿病视网膜病变患者分为3组(增殖期组、中度非增殖期组及重度非增殖期组),每组各30例,对3组糖尿病视网膜病变患者均给予视网膜激光光凝技术治疗,对比其临床疗效及治疗前后的视力情况。结果增殖期患者总有效率为83.33%,中度患者总有效率为80.00%,重度患者总有效率为76.67%,3组比较差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.417,P=0.812)。治疗后患者的视力情况均优于治疗前视力情况,治疗前后糖尿病视网膜病变患者的视力情况差异无统计学意义(Z=-0.412,P=0.680)。结论糖尿病引起的视网膜病变患者可通过视网膜激光光凝术进行治疗,用于不同分期有显著的效果。Objective To explore the clinical application effect of retinal laser photocoagulation in the treatment of different stages of diabetic retinopathy.Methods A total of 90 patients with diabetic retinopathy treated in the hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were randomly selected.90 patients with diabetic retinopathy were divided into 3 groups(proliferative stage group,moderate non-proliferative stage group and severe non-proliferative stage group)according to different stages of the disease,with 30 cases in each group.The three groups of diabetic retinopathy patients were treated with retinal laser photocoagulation technology,and their clinical efficacy and visual acuity before and after treatment were compared.Results The total effective rate was 83.33%in proliferative patients,80.00%in moderate patients,and 76.67%in severe patients,there was no statistically significant difference between the three groups(χ^(2)=0.417,P=0.812).The visual acuity of the patients after treatment was better than that before treatment,and there was no statistically significant difference in the visual acuity of patients with diabetic retinopathy before and after treatment(Z=-0.412,P=0.680).Conclusion Patients with retinopathy caused by diabetes can be treated by retinal laser photocoagulation,which has a significant effect in the treatment of different stages.
