摘　　要：目的探讨淋巴细胞比值在三阴性乳腺癌新辅助化疗中的预测价值。方法简单随机选取汕头潮南民生医院于2016年1月—2021年1月确诊并接受新辅助化疗的60例三阴性乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,以是否达到部分或完全缓解(patial remission/complete resopnse,pCR)分为研究组(达到pCR,n=30)和对照组(未达到pCR,n=30),分析两组患者的常见血液指标及治疗前外周血血小板与淋巴细胞比值(PLR)水平与是否达到pCR的关系。结果两组患者血清中的白细胞、MLR等血液参数对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);血小板、淋巴细胞及NLR等血液参数对比,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=33.611、14.067、7.937,P<0.05)。乳腺癌患者的血小板、淋巴细胞及NLR等因素与其新辅助化疗后是否达到pCR均显著相关[OR:1.673(1.165~2.389)、OR:1.107(1.069~1.147)、OR:0.294(0.107~0.812),P<0.05]。结论中性粒细胞-淋巴细胞比值率可作为三阴性乳腺癌患者新辅助化疗后是否达到pCR的预测因素,可有效预测此类患者的预后疗效,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the predictive value of lymphocyte ratio in neoadjuvant chemotherapy for triple-negative breast cancer.Methods A total of 60 triple-negative breast cancer patients diagnosed with neoadjuvant chemotherapy in Shantou Chaonan Minsheng Hospital from January 2016 to January 2021 were simple randomly selected as research subjects.The patients were divided into study group(reached pCR,n=30)and control group(not reached pCR,n=30)according to whether they achieved partial or complete remission(patial remission/complete resopnse,pCR).The common blood indexes of the two groups of patients and the relationship between the level of PLR in peripheral blood before treatment and whether to achieve pCR were analyzed.Results There was no statistically significant difference in blood parameters such as white blood cells and MLR in the serum of the two groups of patients(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in blood parameters such as platelets,lymphocytes and NLR(χ^(2)=33.611,14.067,7.937,P<0.05).Factors such as platelets,lymphocytes and NLR in breast cancer patients were significantly correlated with whether they achieved pCR after neoadjuvant chemotherapy[OR:1.673(1.165-2.389),OR:1.107(1.069-1.147),OR:0.294(0.107-0.812),P<0.05].Conclusion The neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio can be used as a predictor of whether the triple-negative breast cancer patients achieve pCR after neoadjuvant chemotherapy,and can effectively predict the prognosis of such patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
