经筋排刺法联合透刺法治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效及对H-B评分的影响

摘　　要：目的探究经筋排刺法联合透刺法治疗周围性面瘫的价值。方法方便选取2018年2月—2020年10月该院门诊收治的76例周围性面瘫患者为研究对象,以随机信封分为对照组、研究组,各38例,分别以常规针刺、经筋排刺法联合透刺法治疗,观察House-Brackmann面神经功能分级量表评分(H-B评分)、Sunnybrook(多伦多)面神经评定系统(Sunnybrook)、周围性面神经炎治疗成绩评分表(Portmann)、临床疗效。结果治疗后,研究组患者H-B评分为(8.52±1.39)分,低于对照组的(12.58±2.46)分,差异有统计学意义(t=8.858,P<0.05)。研究组患者Sunnybrook评分为(82.69±10.43)分,高于对照组的(70.03±10.56)分,差异有统计学意义(t=5.258,P<0.05)。研究组患者Portmann评分为(17.21±0.79)分,高于对照组的(14.06±1.12)分,差异有统计学意义(t=14.168,P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为97.37%,高于对照组的78.95%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.537,P<0.05)。结论经筋排刺法联合透刺法治疗周围性面瘫,能够提升临床治疗效果,有效改善面神经功能,具有推广使用价值。Objective To explore the value of meridian and tendon row needling combined with penetration needling in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis.Methods A total of 76 patients with peripheral facial paralysis who were admitted to the outpatient clinic of this hospital from February 2018 to October 2020 were conveniently selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and study group,38 cases in each group,and were treated with conventional acupuncture,tendon row needling combined with penetration needling.House-Brackmann facial nerve function rating scale(H-B Score),sunnybrook(Toronto)facial nerve rating system(Sunnybrook),peripheral facial neuritis treatment score(Portmann)and clinical efficacy were observed.Results After treatment,the H-B score of the study group was(8.52±1.39)points,which was lower than that of the control group(12.58±2.46)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=8.858,P<0.05).The Sunnybrook score of the study group was(82.69±10.43)points,which was higher than that of the control group(70.03±10.56)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.258,P<0.05).The Portmann score of the study group was(17.21±0.79)points,which was higher than that of the control group(14.06±1.12)points,and the difference was statistically significant(t=14.168,P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 97.37%,which was higher than that of the control group,which was 78.95%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.537,P<0.05).Conclusion Meridian row needling method combined with penetration needling method in the treatment of peripheral facial paralysis can improve the clinical treatment effect,effectively improve the facial nerve function,and has the value of popularization and application.
