摘　　要：利用中国知网、PubMed数据库,通过检索我国紧密型县域医共体内支付方式改革效果评价相关研究,系统梳理和归纳我国部分典型地区的紧密型县域医共体内医保支付方式改革措施、效果及问题,为深化医共体内支付方式改革提出对策及建议。This paper makes use of CNKI and PubMed databases,through searching for related research on reform effect of medical insurance payment methods within the close-type county medical alliance in our country.It systematically sorts out and summarizes reform measures,effects and issues of medical insurance payment methods within close-type county medical alliance in some typical regions of China,so as to put forward countermeasures and corresponding suggestions for further deepening health insurance payment reform within the medical alliance.
