摘　　要：文章通过对南方海盐收盐、运输、控淋及盐加工等方面分析与研究,提出了一些新设想,为完善南方海盐生产工艺,做出了一些有益探索。Through the analysis and research on the salt harvesting,transportation,leaching control and salt processing of South Sea salt,this article put forward some new ideas,and made some beneficial exploration for perfecting the production technology of South Sea salt.
