摘　　要：农村医疗保险法律制度的实施对解决我国农民的看病难、贵的问题有着重要作用,通过农村医疗保险法律制度的实施对我国医疗服务水平拥有着重要意义。本文将对农村医疗保险法律制度的行政法做一个分析。The implementation of the legal system of rural medical insurance plays an important role in solving the problem that it is difficult and expensive for farmers to see a doctor.The implementation of the legal system of rural medical insurance is of great significance to the level of medical service in China.This paper will analyze the administrative law of the legal system of rural medical insurance.
