创业会影响幸福吗?——基于CLDS的实证检验

摘　　要：采用2014年和2016年的中国劳动力动态调查(CLDS)数据,实证检验了创业对个体主观幸福感的影响。结果表明,创业能够显著改善个体的主观幸福感,且这一结论在克服内生性偏误以及从多个角度进行稳健性检验后仍然成立。进一步的分析表明,创业能够显著改善个体的过程效用,但对结果效用的改善并不显著,说明创业对幸福的影响主要是从过程效用发生作用的。从不同的创业类型看,机会型创业对个体过程效用和结果效用的改善均存在积极影响;而生存型创业不仅对个体过程效用的作用不显著,而且对结果效用的改善存在不利影响。研究结论不仅为我们提供了创业如何影响幸福的经验证据,也为创业决策的个体差异提供了来自幸福层面的解释。This paper empirically analyzes the effect of entrepreneurship on individuals'subjective well-being(SWB),using data from the 2014 and 2016 China Labor Force Dynamics Survey(CLDS).The results suggest that entrepreneurship can significantly improve individuals'SWB,which still holds after overcoming the endogeneity bias and testing the robustness from multiple perspectives.Further analysis shows that entrepreneurship significantly improves individuals'procedural utility,but not outcome utility,which indicates that the positive effect of entrepreneurship on SWB mainly operate through procedural utility.From the perspective of different entrepreneurship types,opportunistic entrepreneurship has a positive effect on both procedural utility and outcome utility.However,necessity entrepreneurship not only has no significant effect on individuals'process utility,even has a negative effect on the improvement of outcome utility.The findings of this paper provide not only empirical evidence on how entrepreneurship affects happiness,but also interpretations for individual differences in entrepreneurial decisions from the perspective of happiness.
