摘　　要：本文从推进新时代党的建设新的伟大工程,破解国有企业党建工作难题,以高质量党建引领保障企业高质量发展出发,分析提出现阶段国有企业党建研究工作的五方面任务:推动党的创新理论扎根入魂、推动党的全面领导落地生根、推动党的基层组织永葆活力、推动党的政治优势充分彰显、推动党的建设责任有效落实。对做好国有企业党建研究工作概括提出五项要领:把握政治方向、体现实践特色、坚持问题导向、突出方法创新、强化专业力量。This paper starts from the standpoints of promoting the new great project of Party building in the new era,solving the difficult problems of Party building in state-owned enterprises,and leading high-quality Party building to ensure the high-quality development of enterprises.This paper analyzes and puts forward five tasks for the research work of Party building in state-owned enterprises at the present stage:to promote the Party’s innovative theory to take root,to promote the Party’s overall leadership to take root,to promote the Party’s grass-roots organizations to maintain their vitality,to fully demonstrate the Party’s political advantages,and to promote the effective implementation of the responsibility of Party building.This paper puts forward five key points for doing a good job in the research of Party building in state-owned enterprises:steering the political direction,embodying the characteristics of practice,adhering to the problem-oriented approach,highlighting the innovation methods,and strengthening the professional strength.
