摘 要:系留是在恶劣天气条件下防止飞机发生过大位移的重要安全措施。系留载荷是系留装置、相关机体结构承载能力设计与强度校核的主要依据。采用有限元法建立了大型民机系留载荷计算模型,系统研究了起落架缓冲支柱特性、机体结构刚度对飞机系留载荷的影响。分析发现,当缓冲支柱行程较大时,行程-载荷曲线表现出明显的非线性特性,起落架缓冲支柱行程-载荷非线性特性对系留载荷影响显著,计算得到的系留载荷比线性分析时大55.6%;前起落架交点处机身垂向弯曲刚度和扭转刚度与主起落架交点处机翼垂向弯曲刚度和扭转刚度差异较大,该刚度差异对系留载荷计算中各起落架系留接头处系留载荷的分配影响显著,基于弹性体机体计算所得系留载荷大于基于刚体机体计算所得系留载荷,最大相差24.2%。Mooring is an important safety measure to prevent excessive displacement of aircraft under bad weather conditions.Mooring load is the main basis for the bearing capacity design and strength check of mooring devices and related airframe structures.The finite element method is used to establish the calculation model of the mooring load of large civil aircraft,and the effects of the characteristics of the landing gear buffer strut and the structural stiffness of the body on mooring load are systematically studied.It is found that when the stroke of the buffer strut is large,the"stroke-load"curve shows obvious nonlinear characteristics,which has a significant impact on the mooring load.The calculated mooring load considering the nonlinear characteristicsis is 55.6%greater than that in the linear analysis.Thevertical bending stiffness as well as the torsion stiffnessat the intersection point ofthe nose landing gearand the fuselage is quite different from that at the intersection point ofthe main landing gear and the wing.The difference has a significant influence onthe load distribution at each mooring point.The mooring loand calculated based on elastic body is 24.2%higher than thatcalculated based on rigid body.
