摘 要:车载升降装置是装甲车武器系统的重要设备。针对装置安装高度低、升降行程长、负载大、升降速度快和功耗低等要求,设计了一种电机组件驱动丝杆螺母垂直举升剪叉架的新型车载升降装置。建立了装置传动系统虚拟样机,进行了运动学和动力学仿真分析,研究了上平台的运动特性、丝杆螺母举升力以及各铰接点的受力情况;通过分析计算确定了驱动部件的设计参数,并对主要承载部件进行了力学仿真。加载试验表明装置稳定可靠,达到了设计要求。该新型车载升降装置的设计为同类产品开发提供了新思路,具有一定的工程借鉴意义。The vehicle-mounted lifting device is an important equipment of armored vehicle weapon system.In view of the key indicators such as low cage height,long stroke,heavy load,fast speed and low power consumption,a new type of vehicle-mounted lifting device driven by motor assembly to vertically lift the shear fork frame with screw nut is designed.The virtual prototype of the transmission system of the lifting device is established,and the kinematics and dynamics simulation analysis are carried out,the motion characteristics of the upper platform,the lifting force of the screw nut and the force of each hinge joint are studied.The design parameters of driving components are determined by analysis and calculation.The mechanical simulation analysis of the main bearing parts of the lifting device is carried out.Load test shows that system is stable and reliable,which meet the expected design requirements.The design of the new lifting device provides a new idea for the development of similar devices,which has a certain engineering significance.
