摘  要:为了准确判断刀库倒刀时到位精度情况,提出了影响倒刀精度的两个误差角,在此基础上,开发出倒刀精度测量试验台,利用两个激光位移传感器进行测量并通过矩阵变换计算出误差角,从而得到不同刀柄质量对选刀及倒刀精度的影响。试验结果表明,所提方法可精确计算出刀库倒刀误差并探究其产生的原因,从而为提高刀库倒刀精度提供依据。Tool magazine and automatic tool changer are key functional components of CNC machine tools,the inaccuracy of the tool magazine inversion can easily lead to collision and wear between the tool sleeve and the tool block,in severe cases,the knife sleeve will be broken,it is of great significance to monitor the accuracy of the tool magazine inversion in real time.A laser displacement sensor-based method for detecting the accuracy of tool magazine inversion is proposed,and two error angles that affect the accuracy of the chamfer are identified.On this basis,a test bench for measuring the accuracy of the inversion is developed and the influence of the weight of different tool holders on the accuracy of tool selection and inversion can be tested.The test results show that the method proposed in this paper can accurately calculate the tool magazine inversion error and its reasons,and thus provide a basis for improving the tool magazine inversion accuracy.
