摘 要:结合复杂多变的市场竞争环境和钢铁企业的自身发展需求,构建了一套科学合理的绿色供应商评价指标体系,提出了基于AHP/熵权法的TOPSIS法的供应商选择模型。介绍了如何运用AHP/熵权法进行组合赋权计算出各项指标的综合权重,并根据权重数据运用TOPSIS法对待选供应商进行评价选择的具体方法,通过实际案例验证了该评价模型的易操作性和有效性。Combining the complex and changeable market competition environment and the development needs of steel companies,a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system for green suppliers has been constructed,and a supplier selection model based on the TOPSIS method based on the AHP/the entropy weight method is proposed.It introduces how to use the AHP/the entropy weight method to combine weights to calculate the comprehensive weights of various indicators.Also,the TOPSIS method is used to evaluate and select the selected suppliers based on the weight data.Finally,a practical case verifies the ease of operation and effectiveness of the evaluation model.
