高校“好人文化”培育路径探析——以宜春学院为例

摘　　要：宜春学院高度重视培育好人文化,精心培育好、开展好好人文化教育和实践活动,将其作为新时代培育和践行社会主义核心价值观、引领社会风尚、感召凝聚群众的重要抓手、有效载体和重要举措。通过进一步挖掘淬炼“好人文化”的价值内涵,探索弘扬“好人文化”的有效途径,不断完善关爱好人的保障机制,持续加大对好人的宣传学习力度,让来自师生身边的正能量、基层的最强音,汇聚为推动思想文化道德建设的强大力量,使“好人文化”融入社会主义核心价值体系建设的主旋律,并将“好人文化”打造成学校经久不衰的亮丽名片,好人好事层出不穷,产生了良好社会反响。本文就其“好人文化”现象做法进行探索,揭示其“好人文化”培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的原因与相关机制。Yichun University attaches great importance to cultivating good people's culture,carefully cultivating and carrying out human culture education and practical activities,and takes it as an important starting point,effective carrier and important measure to cultivate and practice socialist core values,lead social fashion and inspire and unite the masses in the new era.By further excavating and refining the value connotation of the“good man culture”,exploring effective ways to carry forward the“good man culture”,constantly improving the guarantee mechanism of caring for good people,and continuously strengthening the publicity and learning of good people,so that the positive energy from teachers and students and the strongest voice at the grassroots level can converge into a powerful force to promote the construction of ideology,culture and morality,and integrate the“good man culture”into the main melody of the construction of the socialist core value system,The“good man culture”has been built into a bright business card of the school for a long time.Good people and good deeds emerge one after another,resulting in good social repercussions.This paper explores the phenomenon and practice of its“good man culture”,and reveals the reasons and relevant mechanisms for its cultivation and practice of socialist core values.
