摘　　要：立足学生学情和现代职教理念对教师的新要求,在调查和分析目前“食品营养配餐”课堂教学中存在的问题基础上,采用“BOPPPS+对分课堂”新型课堂教学模式,结合应用实例提出了自己感悟和反思。Based on the students'learning situation,modern vocational education concept and new requirements for teachers,on the basis of investigation and analysis of the problems existing in the current classroom teaching Food Nutrition Catering,The new classroom teaching mode of“BOPPPS+PAD Class”was adopted,combined with application examples put forward my own perception and reflection.
