摘 要:目的:了解国内外妊娠期间女性饮水现状,综述妊娠期间女性饮水量及水合状态对母婴健康的影响及其可能的作用机制。方法:通过关键词检索电子数据库,经过筛选后纳入36篇文献进行文献综述。结果:国内外妊娠期间女性饮水不足的情况普遍存在;妊娠期间饮水量和水合状态对女性自身健康的影响主要包括妊娠期高血压、羊水过少、功能性便秘和产后体重滞留;对婴儿健康的影响主要包括早产、流产和低出生体重。结论:妊娠期间女性饮水不足和不良水合状态危害母婴健康,有必要在相关领域开展更多研究,为我国制定妊娠期间女性适宜饮水量推荐值提供科学依据。Objective To clarify the current situation of women's water intake during pregnancy at home and abroad,and review the effects of women's water intake and hydration state during pregnancy on maternal-infant health,and the possible mechanisms.Method The electronic databases were searched by keywords,and 36 articles were included for literature review after screening.Result Insufficient water intake was prevalent for women during pregnancy,whose effects mainly included gestational hypertension,oligohydramnios,functional constipation and postpartum weight retention on women's health,and premature delivery,spontaneous abortion and low birth weight on infant health.Conclusion Insufficient water intake and poor hydration status of women during pregnancy endanger maternal-infant health.It is essential to carry out more high-quality studies to provide scientific evidence for formulating the recommended water intake for women during pregnancy in China.
