摘  要:为进一步了解油茶的主要化学成分及潜在的药用价值,实现油茶产业的持续发展,对油茶化学成分及其药理活性的研究进行综述。油茶中主要化学成分包括三萜及三萜皂苷类、黄酮类、多酚类、脂肪酸类等,以皂苷类及黄酮类成分研究居多,其中,皂苷类成分以齐墩果酸型为主,黄酮类成分以槲皮素、山柰酚为主。其次,油茶药理作用主要集中于抗肿瘤、抗菌抗炎、抗氧化、降血糖以及降血脂等方面。近年来关于油茶药理活性成分的研究逐渐增多,但对油茶起作用的药效基因研究较少,并且大多数药理活性作用机制尚未清楚,因此有必要开展深层次的研究。The main chemical constituents and potential medicinal value of Camellia oleifera were further understood to provide a reference for the sustainable development of the Camellia industry.The chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Camellia oleifera.The results indicated that the main chemical constituents contained in Camellia oleifera were triterpenoids and triterpenoid saponins,flavonoids,polyphenols,fatty acids,etc.Most of the research was conducted based on saponins and flavonoids.Wherein,rice-shell acid was the main saponin contents,and quercetin and kaempferol were the main contents of flavone.Secondly,the pharmacological effects of Camellia oleifera mainly focused on the aspects of anti-tumor,anti-bacterial,anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidation,blood sugar lowering and blood fat reduction.In recent years,the research on pharmacological active ingredients of Camellia oleifera has gradually increased,but there were few studies on the pharmacodynamic genes of Camellia oleifera,and most of the pharmacological activities were still not clear,so it is necessary to continue the deep research.
