摘　　要：随着市场经济的发展,以服务地方经济发展需求为导向的应用型人才培养成为高校转型的大势所趋,而开展校企合作是应用型人才培养的必由之路,是深化产学研合作教育的重要载体,也是学校解决学生实习及就业的重要途径。校企合作人才培养能够加强教学的针对性和实用性,实现人才培养的多样化,同时也能够促进企业领先一步吸纳优秀人才,对企业和高校是双赢的合作。开展产学研结合,也是推动企业创新发展的重要举措。With the development of market economy,application-oriented personnel training oriented to serve the needs of local economic development has become an irresistible trend in the transformation of colleges and universities.The school-enterprise cooperation is the only way to cultivate application-oriented talents,an important carrier to deepen the industry-university-research cooperation education,and an important way for schools to solve the problem of students’internship and employment.School-enterprise cooperation in personnel training can strengthen the pertinence and practicability of teaching,realize the diversification of personnel training,and also promote enterprises to take a step ahead to attract outstanding talents,which is a win-win cooperation for enterprises and universities.The combination of production,education and research is also an important measure to promote the innovative development of enterprises.
