摘  要:结合高校机械实验室现状,用安全工程知识对其开展主要危险源辨识和安全风险评价研究。采用专家组可信度改进的LEC方法对安全风险进行半定量评价,通过专家组可信度模型减小单一专家主观因素对评价结果的影响。结果表明:改进LEC方法使得评价结果更接近机械实验室安全风险的真实情况,在26项危险源中,16项属于3级显著危险等级,8项属于4级一般危险等级,2项属于5级稍有危险等级,后续应着重从管理措施、实验人员与化学品储存三方面着手整改以降低其安全风险。Based on safety engineering knowledge,with the status of mechanical laboratories in ordinary colleges,a research focused on the identification of major hazard sources and safety risk evaluation is presented.The improvement LEC method based on expert group credibility is utilized semi-quantitative evaluation,and the effect of personal subjective factors on the result is weakened by introducing the expert credibility.Research indicates that:The evaluation results based on the improvement LEC method will present more actual reflect of the real security risk level.For the 26 hazards sources in the mechanical laboratory,16 items belong to the 3rd level of significant risk,8 items belong to the general-level risk,2 items belong to 5th slightly-level danger.In order to reduce the laboratory safety risk,the management measures,laboratory staff and chemical storage should be focus on subsequently.
