摘  要:为提高乳牙治疗效果,比较了5种不同牙本质粘结剂的应用效果,主要分析不同牙本质粘结剂对乳牙边缘封闭性的影响,反映出粘结剂的应用效果。这5种牙本质粘结剂分别为FL-BondⅡ、Clearil Protrct Bond、Clearfil SE Bond、Adper^(TM) Easy One、Adper^(TM) Single Bond,微渗漏实验研究结果表明:不同牙本质粘结剂中都会出现微渗漏情况,并且5种牙本质粘结剂在微渗漏情况差异上无统计学意义(P>0.05);两两比较之后的微渗漏情况差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。从实验结果可以看出,Adper^(TM) Easy One属于第7代牙本质粘结剂,相比于第5代牙本质粘结剂,该粘结剂的操作更为简单,微渗漏情况表现也较好,具有不错的牙本质边缘封闭性,Adper^(TM) Easy One相比于另外4种粘结剂具有更好的临床应用效果。In order to improve the treatment effect of deciduous teeth,this article compares the application effects of five different dentin adhesives,and mainly analyzes the influence of different dentin adhesives on the edge sealability of deciduous teeth to reflect the application effect of the adhesive.These 5 dentin bonding agents are FL-BondⅡ,Clearil Protrct Bond,Clearfil SE Bond,Adper^(TM) Easy One,Adper^(TM) Single Bond.Through the microleakage experiment,the research results show that microleakage occurs in different dentin adhesives,and there is no statistically significant difference in the microleakage of the five dentin adhesives(P>0.05),after the comparison of the two there was no statistically significant difference in microleakage(P>0.05).However,it can be seen from the experimental results that Adper^(TM) Easy One belongs to the seventh-generation dentin adhesive.Compared with the fifth-generation dentin adhesive,the operation of this adhesive is simpler and shows better micro-leakage performance with good dentin edge sealing,so Adper^(TM) Easy One has better clinical application effects than the other 4 adhesives.
