摘 要:针对苜蓿收获机械收获过程中人工操作复杂、关键部件监控困难等问题,设计了一种苜蓿收获机械智能监控装置。装置融合了CAN总线通讯、无线网络通讯、视频监视、北斗卫星导航定位、信号处理和嵌入式技术等现代信息技术,实现了对苜蓿收获机械的工况信息数据有效传输和监控。通过整机搭载试验,验证了控制策略的有效性及CAN通讯协议的可靠性,装置工作性能良好,实用性强,是苜蓿收获机械作业智能监控的有效解决方案。Aiming at the problems of complicated manual operation and difficulty in monitoring key components during the harvesting process of alfalfa harvesting machinery,an intelligent monitoring device for alfalfa harvesting machinery was designed.The device integrates modern information technology such as CAN bus communication,wireless network communication,video surveillance,Beidou navigation and positioning,signal processing,embedded technology,etc.,to realize the effective transmission and monitoring of working condition information and data of alfalfa harvesting machinery.By carrying test,the effectiveness of the control strategy and the reliability of the CAN communication protocol are verified.The device has good working performance and strong practicability.It is an effective solution for intelligent monitoring of alfalfa harvesting machinery.
