摘  要:针对云南省高原丘陵的地理条件,结合土壤特性、作业环境、马铃薯种植农艺等因素,设计了一款单行马铃薯中耕追肥机,根据相关标准及农艺要求对排肥器、培土器等关键部件进行了设计与试制。试验结果表明:机具能够完成0.6~1.2m垄距的马铃薯中耕施肥作业,作业效率为0.135hm;/h,相关性能指标满足马铃薯种植农艺要求。该机型能一次完成松土除草、施肥覆土、培土起垄等作业,小型化的同时具有培土阻力小、施肥均匀性好及节约肥料等特点。According to the geographical conditions of the plateau hills in Yunnan Province,combined with soil characteristics,operating environment,potato planting agronomy and other factors,this paper designs a single-row potato field cultivator and topdressing machine.According to relevant standards and agronomic requirements,the key components such as fertiliser and soil cultivator are designed.Design and trial production.Through experimental verification,the machine can complete potato field fertilization operations with a ridge spacing of 0.6-1.2 m,with an operating efficiency of 0.135 hm;/h,and related performance indicators meet the agronomic requirements of potato planting.This model can complete operations such as loosening and weeding,fertilizing and covering soil,cultivating soil and ridging at one time,and has the characteristics of small soil resistance,good fertilization uniformity,and fertilizer saving while being miniaturized.
