摘 要:鉴于人眼在估算家具人造板表面耐磨试件花纹保留情况和花纹保留率存在的局限性,引入计算机视觉技术。应用基于Python语言开发,调用OpenCV、tkinter、matplotlib等库文件的算法软件,搭配由海康威视工业相机和固定光源组建的图像拍摄系统,进行花纹保留率分析处理,有效地解决了人眼估值的偏差。软件兼容性好,对深色和浅色花纹均有较好的识别度和准确度,解决了表面耐磨仲裁检验中可能存在的争议。Computer vision(CV)technology was introduced to assist the evaluation of the pattern retention and retention rate of wearresistant specimens of furniture panels,to overcome the limitations of human vision.Based on Python(OpenCV,Tkinter,matplotlib,and other libraries were implemented),combined with Hikvision industrial camera and fixed light source,the image shooting system were constructed,and the pattern retention rate analysis were processed accordingly.This CV empowered system effectively solved the deviation of human vision estimation,exhibited good software compatibility,while performed well in both dark and light color patterns,and effectively solved the possible disputes in surface abrasion inspection.
