摘 要:油莎豆因其营养丰富成为一种新兴多用途经济作物,但收获困难严重制约了油莎豆大面积种植及相关产业的发展。为此,结合国内外油莎豆收获机械特点,设计了一种油莎豆收获除杂系统,包括偏心驱动振动筛和八棱柱滚筒。阐述了该系统的结构组成和工作原理,通过理论分析确定了滚筒理论转速要求;通过有限元分析得到了偏心驱动臂的最大应力为168.55MPa,滚筒装置前6阶最小固有频率为48.598Hz。试验结果表明:当滚筒筛安装倾角为6°、工作转速为35r/min时,除杂效率为84.05%,除杂效果较好。Tiger Nut has become a new and multi-purpose economic crop due to its rich nutrition,but the difficulty of harvesting has severely restricted the large-scale cultivation of Tiger Nut and the development of related industries.In this paper,combined with the characteristics of domestic and foreign Tiger Nut harvesting machinery,a system for harvesting and impurity removal of Tiger Nut is designed,which includes an eccentric drive vibrating screen and an octagonal prism drum.The structural composition and working principle of the device are described,and the theoretical analysis of the drum speed is determined;Through finite element analysis,the maximum stress of the eccentric drive arm is 168.55 MPa,and the minimum natural frequency of the fore six-order of the drum device is 48.598Hz.Through the test,it is obtained:when the drum screen is installed at an inclination angle of 6°and the working speed is 35r/min,the impurity removal efficiency is 84.05%,and the impurity removal effect is better.
