摘  要:为进一步提高我国农作物播种效率,从提升精量播种机实践应用角度出发,融合数学微分控制理论,针对整机的硬件构成与软件控制展开优化研究。以影响实现精量播种的关键影响因素为出发点,依据播种智能作业控制流程,建立以跟踪、扰动、补偿为主线的微分控制模型,并给予执行硬件配置与软件程序导入,搭建播种精量控制系统进行作业试验。结果表明:在一定墒情土壤条件下,经微分控制理论应用后,整机的精播准确率与精播效率分别提升了10.18%和9.41%,播深控制合格率与播种穴距合格率均保持在90%以上,满足我国相关农机装备的设计要求。研究从本质上思考优化农机装备控制的制约因素,以数学微分控制模型为设计核心,对于我国农机装备智能优化具有很好的启发作用。In order to further improve the efficiency of crop planting in China,from the perspective of improving the practical application of precision seeder,the optimization research on the hardware structure and software control of the whole machine was carried by integrating the mathematical differential control theory.Based on the key factors affecting the realization of precision sowing,a differential control model with tracking,disturbance and compensation as the main line was established according to the intelligent operation control process of sowing.The hardware configuration and software program import were given and the precision control system was built for operation test.The results showed that though the application of differential control theory,the precision seeding accuracy rate and precision seeding efficiency of the whole machine were increased by 10.18%and 9.41%under certain soil moisture conditions,the qualified rate of sowing depth control and the qualified rate of sowing hole distance were above 90%,which could meet the design requirements of agricultural machinery and equipment in China,and the test was reasonable and feasible.The research considered the restriction factors of optimizing agricultural machinery equipment control in essence,and took the mathematical differential control model as the design core,which would be some good enlightenment significance for the intelligent optimization of agricultural machinery equipment in China.
