摘  要:针对当下我国食用菌工厂无法实现对基质湿度的自动化精细管控问题,设计了温室自动喷淋控制装置。根据水路管道工作设计原理,应用自动化控制技术,结合土壤温湿度传感器的检测信号,构成自动化喷淋系统,实现了对双孢菇的智能化喷淋施水。与人工施水的对比试验显示,以自动控制喷淋系统作为施水手段的双孢菇栽培区域含水量更加均匀,水分含量上下波动幅度更加平稳,能够促进双孢菇的出菇数量和发育品质。出菇采摘后统计显示的:在动喷淋装置区域,双孢菇出菇量提高9.13%,产量提高20%,3潮菇期采收后整体水分利用效率是人工施水区域的1.6倍左右。试验验证了自动喷淋系统的有效性和稳定性,可为后期结合作物模型构建智能化菌类工厂提供科学依据。Aiming at the problem that the edible fungi factory in China can not realize the automatic and fine control of substrate humidity,the greenhouse automatic spray control device is designed.According to the working design principle of water pipeline,the automatic control technology is applied,combined with the detection signal of soil temperature and humidity sensor,to form an automatic spray system,so as to realize the intelligent spraying of Agaricusbisporus.Compared with the artificial water application,the water content in the cultivation area of Agaricusbisporus was more uniform and the fluctuation range of water content was more stable,which promoted the quantity and development quality of Agaricusbisporus.The results showed that the output of Agaricusbisporus was increased by 9.13%and the yield was increased by 30%in the area of automatic spraying device,and the water use efficiency was about 1.6 times of that in the area of artificial water application.The experiment verified the effectiveness and stability of the automatic sprinkler system,and provided scientific basis for the later construction of intelligent fungus factory combined with crop model.
