摘 要:针对传统的温室大棚温度控制系统有效性较低、布线困难和成本较高的问题,基于面向形象设计的方法对农作物温控系统进行了应用研究。温控系统主要包括数据采集模块、监控模块、调控设备模块、网络传输模块和单片机。为了建立温控系统的温度控制模型,采用模糊控制的方式对温室大棚进行温度控制,包括建立温度模糊控制模型和模糊控制数学模型,避免了建立精确温度控制模型较为困难的难题。为了验证该温控系统的有效性,对其进行无线传感网的精确性和系统模拟仿真测试的试验,结果表明:温控系统的精度较高,稳定性较好,能够满足客户对温室大棚温度的控制要求。Aiming at the problem of low effectiveness,difficult wiring and high cost of the traditional greenhouse temperature control system,the crop temperature control system based on image design was studied.The temperature control system was constituted of data acquisition module,monitoring module,control equipment module,network transmission module and single chip microcomputer.To establish the temperature control model,the temperature of the greenhouse was controlled by the method of fuzzy control theory.It included the establishment of temperature fuzzy control model and fuzzy control mathematical model.And it avoid the problem of establishing the accuracy temperature control model difficulties.To verify the validity of the temperature control system,the accuracy test of wireless sensor network and the system simulation test were carried out.The test results show that the accuracy of the temperature control system was high,and the system was stable.It could meet the requirements of customers for the greenhouse temperature control.
