有机溶剂提取蚕蛹油的方法研究

摘　　要：本研究以蚕蛹为原料,经干燥、粉碎、溶剂萃取、过滤、蒸馏得油等工艺过程,并通过四因素三水平正交试验,确定了适合蛹油提取的条件,即用正己烷作萃取剂,浸出温度为30℃,固液比为1∶4,浸出时间为7h。The experiment has studied the technological process by which silkworm chrysalis was dried,smashed ,extracted,filtered,distiled and so on for oil produce.The refining conditions suitable for silkworm chrysalis were selected by means of orthogal test:The sixth alkane was a solvent,the temperature of refine is 30 ℃,the proportion of solid and liquid is 1∶4,the time of refine is 7 h.Then the science's scheme is made up.
