摘 要:校企协同创新是国家创新体系中重要的创新模式。随着我国产教融合、校企合作的深入开展,校企协同创新发挥着越来越重要的作用。目前我国校企协同创新中心的组织结构存在着结构不完善、管理职能不清晰、人力资源配置机制没有优化、组织制度体系建设缺失等问题。在坚持需求导向、多元开放、互利共赢、灵活适用的条件下通过对校企协同创新中心的组织结构进行设计和功能分析可知,完善校企协同创新中心的组织结构应在高层次人才流动与竞争、科研资源集聚、政府政策支持、营造良好科研环境等方面建立保障机制。University-enterprise collaborative innovation is an important innovative model of the national innovation system.With the in-depth development of the education-industry integration and university-enterprise cooperation in China,university-enterprise collaborative innovation is playing an increasingly important role.At present there are,however,some problems in the organizational structure of the collaborative innovation center,such as imperfect structure,unclear management function,inefficient human resource allocation mechanism and lagging organizational system development.According to the demand-oriented,pluralistic and open,flexible,mutually beneficial and win-win principles,this paper designs an organizational structure and analyzes the function of the university-enterprise collaborative innovation center.It also puts forward four suggestions to guarantee the organization and operation of the collaborative center,including high-level talent flow and competition,scientific research resources gathering,government policy support,and creating a sound scientific research environment.
